• It is a necessary equipment for fine classification in wheat flour processing. It is used for the fine selection of middling, semolina, and meal to decrease ash content in reduction system.

• For 2 separate passages. Machine housing with plexiglass windows, doors and covers for inspection of the feed, the sieves, the products and the drive.
• Inlet box in aluminium sheet with distributor gate. Double sieve box, sectioned. longitudinally in 2 sieve groups, constructed in aluminium.Each sieve group with 3 sieves decks each with 4 light metal sieve frames = totally 24 sieve frames per machine. Sieve frames clothed, re-tightenable. Sieve cleaning with self-reversing travelling brushes. 2 separate chambers above the sieves, each sectioned in 16 equal sections with air control slides.
1. Air collection manifold with 2 throttle valves and 1 connection to the central aspiration.
2. Double collecting channels with outlet spout for throughs.
3. Distribution boxes for overs with diverters.
