We have installed a 80T/24h wheat milling project in Mongolia of Central Asia. The pre-cleaning adopts one sieving and one air suction; workshop cleaning adopts two sievings, dva ribanja, two destonings, dva prigušenja, three magnetic separatings, one wheat mixing, two air suctions and one color sorting. This technology is completely proper for local wheat cleaning. Milling technology adopts five full automatic pneumatic roller mills, two plansifters, one purifier, one bran finisher, one micro feeder, four electronic packing scales. The whole production line adopts steel structure and full automatic control.

Za ventilaciju i otprašivanje koriste se zatvorene cijevi. Workshop height is relatively low to reduce customer’s investment. Tehnologija mljevenja može se prilagoditi kako bi zadovoljila različite zahtjeve kupaca. PLC control system realizes central control, with high automation degree. Workshop’s normal operation only needs four workers, značajno smanjivanje radne snage. Oprema je raspoređena kompaktno i ugodno oku. The floor area is about 250㎡; enclosed ventilation ca n avoid dust spill; higijensko stanje u radionici je dobro; rad je fleksibilan.
